A PRINCIPLED APPROACH

At CYGA Grafton, we offer personal and small-group training (5 or fewer) that incorporates indoor/outdoor cycling, running, walking, yoga, yoga with weights/balls/blades, heart rate training, and power training - whatever it takes to help you find the joy of movement and life.

MEET JULIE PROCHNOW - OWNER AND INSTRUCTOR

My professional passion is to help others achieve good health and a joy for life through exercise, eating well, and finding balance. One of my personal passions is doing TRI Sprints - they are quick yet challenging, and provide great cross training and motivation.

I am fascinated by bodies in how quickly they recover from stress, poor nutrition, and immobility. Imagine how well these amazing machines would work if we fed them the correct fuel, energy, and peace that they really need!

My goal is to help you find joy in great food and exercise, and to reduce stress in your life. I use my training and education to conduct workshops where you can learn to create a personalized program - one you can use any time, anywhere.

I don't believe good health should be separate from our lives, our families, or our friends. Rather, it should incorporate all of these things. Many times, only 30 minutes a day - max - is all you need. Really - it can be done, and it can be fun!
